Associate Membership

Associate Membership is designed as a pathway to becoming a BBO Registered Teacher, or for teachers who wish to stay up to date with all things BBO. The membership provides access to BBO resources and activities, with the exception of entering students for examinations.

Fee: £105 per year

Eligibility and Application Requirements 

  • Age 18+

  • Enhanced DBS Certificate 

  • Safeguarding training (renewable every 3 years)

  • Up-to-date CV (with Professional References)

  • Compliance with BBO and CDMT Professional Codes of Conduct

  • All Associate Members are required to complete 6 hours/1 day of CPD annually

 

NB: Enhanced DBS checks and Safeguarding Training can be arranged by BBO for an additional fee.
