We are delighted to announce that our first-ever Level 3 Extended Diploma in Dance has started this morning, 12 September. The course is delivered in partnership with South Thames College and is designed to prepare 16 to 19-year-old students for a career in the dance industry. The course is also an official feeder for London Studio Centre, and could lead to a university degree in dance.
Students will develop their skills in Classical ballet, Contemporary dance, Jazz dance, Street dance, Performance, Choreography, Production, and Dance History – among many interesting topics – and will be able to take part in performances in the local and wider community. Classes will take place between South Thames College and the new, state-of-the-art riverside headquarters of bbodance.
