We regret to let everyone know that, due to the present COVID-19 outbreak, all bbodance Examinations are being postponed from today, 20 March, in response to the Government’s decision to close schools. We will also no longer facilitate individual requests to reschedule sessions for the coming weeks.

We know how hard you’ve all been working to prepare for your sessions, but we need to do this for the safety and wellbeing of our community.

bbodance Registered Teachers and Examiners have received an e-mail about rescheduling Exam sessions. If you have trouble accessing it, please see the Rescheduling Policy and Form.

• If you have an Examination booked in March/April, we advise that you look at dates post-June for re-scheduling. We will try to carry out as many Examinations as possible this summer; however, this will be reviewed based on guidance from the Government.
• If you have Examinations booked in May and onwards, please do not start a rescheduling process yet, as we will be unable to reply at the moment. However, the Rescheduling Policy will cover you, and we will accommodate you as soon as we are able.
• If you have recently applied for an Examination Session with dates in June or beyond, we will continue scheduling and you will receive confirmation in due course. If you need to delay your session(s) due to school closures, please contact us as soon as possible so we do not begin planning the session. This will be a huge help in getting earlier Examinations re-scheduled for other candidates.
• Lastly, if you have applied for dates in March to May and they have not been confirmed yet, we will not be scheduling these sessions — please submit a new application.
