Dance Days 2017 saw another showstopping performance from all students who attended the three day workshop at Elmhurst Ballet School in April 2017.
Offering classes in Classical Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Contemporary, Creative Dance and Musical Theatre, bbodance are thrilled by the feedback the annual event has recieved.

Teachers, Student Teachers and Examiners also met to work on their syllabus knowledge and teaching skills, taking part in Continuing Professional Development courses. Over the three days bbodance hosted over 80 teachers!
Teachers and Staff also gathered on the Wednesday night to have an informal get together and catch-up. CEO Robin Bloor attended and was very pleased to have met familiar faces as well as some new ones!
The wonderful performance from students was followed by an Awards Ceremony, hosted by Birimingham Royal Ballet Principal, Iain Mackay.
The following students were awarded the historic bbodance trophies and cups and should be extremely proud of their achievements.
The Christina Hughes Statue awarded for artistic interpretation this year goes to Lily-Mae Tomlinson
The Hilda Tappenden Cup awarded for the most improved student this year goes to Gina Davis
The Maud Anderton Cup awarded to a student of outstanding talent this year goes to Eva Jeffries
The Ruth Berney Cup awarded for strong technique this year goes to Esme Beckett
The Margaret Whitton Memorial Trophy awarded for versatility this year goes to Martha Chaisty
The Peggy Wilson Cup awarded for musicality this year goes to Lucy Hood
The Espinosa Cup awarded for performance this year goes to Olivia Hathaway
